Community spirit
The Orange County Convention Centre is known as ‘the centre of hospitality’, thanks to the outstanding service it provides to its clients and the wider community. After booking space there, organisers will be contacted by one of the venue’s experienced and professional event managers who can offer assistance on how to plan their event.
Informative resource guides are also available online to provide assistance with some of the most commonly experienced issues. Event planning guides supply information on everything from security and rigging guidelines to floor plans and personnel rates. In addition, opportunities to advertise an event are varied and well publicised, which means there is likely to be a sponsorship or branding option to suit your conference.
However, the support provided by the centre extends beyond its clients and visitors. By boosting regional dynamism, the conference facility is able to benefit local businesses and the wider Central Florida region.

Corporate social responsibility is a major focus for the centre, which offers assistance to local charities and ensures any leftover food following an event is given to schools, hospitals and other non-profit organisations.
Although the venue has a social and economic remit that goes beyond simply putting on amazing conferences, organisers can rest assured that their events will be in safe hands. With such a huge range of services available, it’s easy to see why the Orange County Convention Centre is such a big deal in the MICE world.
